Shipping

All US orders are shipped via USPS with the following flat rate options:

Orders of $200+ (*3-4 Business Days) Free

*Express shipping cannot be combined with free shipping offer. Please select express for expedited shipping on orders of any amount.

All orders are shipped out of our CT based studio. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing, you will receive email notification when your order ships. Any shipping exceptions will be noted in product description.

XAREA is not responsible for packages once they have shipped. XAREA cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or held in transit. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure and entered correctly.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

XAREA does not offer returns at this time. Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

We will happily accept any exchange requests within 14 days of purchase. Please note: customer may be responsible for shipping expenses on exchange requests. XAREA has the right to deny an exchange if said product is not in an unused, excellent condition. Pre-order/ exclusive items are not always subject to our exchange policy and are largely based on availability.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or perchance you receive the wrong item, please email our customer care line hello@xareastudio.com. If you are in need of a repair for your XAREA product refer to the Product Care section

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require a 100% deposit to reserve your XAREA item.

Our return and exchange policy is applicable to all pre-order products and are subject to change based on availability.

Please pay attention to the product description when ordering any item labeled “pre-order”, as it holds all the necessary information pertaining to when your order will be shipped. Your XAREA item will be shipped once available.

 

Product Care

We want your XAREA product to stay pristine as long as possible. Please refer to product descriptions as some products may have specific or detailed care.

If your XAREA item is in need of a repair, please email us at hello@xareastudio.com for a repair consultation. In your email, please add "Repair Request" in the subject line, include photos of the repair in question and your name. We will do our best to accommodate all requests as repairs are granted on a case-by-case basis free of charge. Please note: shipping costs for all repairs will be at the expense of the customer.

Because each item or colorway is limited run numbered tags have been sewn into each bag, do not remove this as it is an important reminder how special each item is.
